Haveli Hotel - Hensol

It was a good stay for a business trip, would recomand this hotel. Loved this good budget venue: fab food and amicable and caring staff. We stayed in an immaculate and incredible room with a comfortable bed. Could use their free parking.

The staff was pleasant, offered to visit some nice places. Location: the hotel was right by restaurant and Hensol Castle and an industrial area.

Clean room, friendly staff, with a good value breakfast including scrambled eggs that were better than expected, given the competitive price and the convenient free parking available for exploring the area.

We enjoyed our stay in a clean, well-equipped family room, and the hotel's proximity to Llantrisant Castle, just a short, pleasant walk away, made our weekend exploration of local history super enjoyable.

Clean rooms with good Wi-Fi, but restaurant has a stale smell.

I really liked how cozy my double room was with a nice view and the complimentary snacks were a pleasant surprise. The garden area had a lovely spot for relaxing by the fountain and a shaded seating area perfect for reading. It got a bit noisy at night, but it didn't ruin my overall good vibes. 😊

The family room was spacious with two comfortable double beds and a huge TV offering a good channel selection. The electric shower failed during my daughter's shower and then again during mine, quite frustrating. The bathroom also had a high bathtub that was challenging for anyone with mobility issues, and a plug was missing for bathing children. The staff were cute and accommodating, enhancing the experience.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, got an iron and board straight away when we asked. Room was really nice n big, didn't feel cramped at all with the two king-size beds. Loved the late checkout too, really helped after a long night at the wedding! The location was pretty good with easy access to nearby places.

The breakfast could have been better, some bits were kinda dry and not very tasty. The shower just wasn't great, keeps turning off during use, super annoying.

The haveli had decent recreational amenities like a fitness center, a plus for those wanting to stay active. The location is close to the indian restaurant. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, which overall felt quite comfortable.

This was just a great fit for a short staycation in Hensol, great for the money. The room was clean and tidy with complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits. Make sure to grab breakfast early, as options can be limited.

Nice staff, but room needs work

It didn't match the pics online at all! The bed was jammed against the radiator. The restaurant was nice, but we didn't stick around for breakfast. Felt let down for the price we paid.

The haveli has a decent location, quite near to the industrial area of pontyclun, handy. The fitness center was a nice surprise, helping us stay active. The staff, though uninterested, did assist during check-in, appreciated.
